Plot (Clash Mode)[]
Polygon Man makes a return after reabsorbing most of his power that was taken in the the first game. He recreates his world into something darker that now threatens the universe. With the memories of the battles in the twisted world lost to the characters in the first game because of the extraction, Polygon takes this oppurtunity to gather them again, along with more warriors from the most bizarre worlds he knows of.
Once all characters defeat their rivals, an icon called "Final Collision" can be selected, showing all the characters gathered up and ready to fight each other again, but then they see Polygon Man. The main villain explains what happedned in the previous game and now has all he needs to rule the universe. He then summons his Polygon All-Stars to destroy their original.
Once four randomly picked characters defeat all the Polygon All-Stars, the player can select the character of their choice to fight Polygon Man, only this time, his power is destroyed. After that, all the heroes vanish back to their homeworlds.
